Overview

This is a development template. Have it reviewed and localized by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it or launch commercially.

RPG Novel ("we") collects the minimum data needed to run an AI novel-writing service: account email, display name, the novels, chapters and prompts you create, and payment events handled by our payment processor Creem.

AI-generated content

Chapters and covers are generated by third-party large language and image model providers. Your premises, plot guidance and titles are sent to those providers to generate content. Do not enter sensitive personal data into prompts. Generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it.

Guests

You can write free guest chapters without an account. A random guest identifier is stored in your browser and, with your explicit choice, can be linked to an account you later create.

Cookies & sessions

We use an HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for a guest identifier and language preference. No advertising cookies are set by the core application.

Payments

Card details are processed by Creem and never touch our servers. We store payment records (package, amount, currency, status, provider reference) for reconciliation and support.

Public library

Novels are private by default. If you choose to publish a novel to the public library, its title, synopsis, chapters, genre and cover become visible to anyone with the link. You can unpublish at any time.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your account and novel data by contacting support. Deletion removes users, sessions, novels and chapters; anonymized billing records may be retained where required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under the relevant digital age of consent in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to under-age users may be removed.
